We work with our students to find and maintain living wage employment
Advisors meet with the students continuously to address various issues and barriers that make it difficult for students to continue with or complete their studies.
Pathways also has a Career Development program which helps students: clarify their skills; define their aptitudes and interests; explore various career clusters; and develop plans for education and/or training to prepare them for a career. Through this program we work with students to get and keep a job.

Our program provides English and HiSet/GEP prep classes. We integrate work-readiness skills throughout our program, preparing individuals to be successful in the workplace or in further training.
